We ordered three different sizes of signs. And we were in a rush, but you guaranteed their arrival on time. Two of them came last week when planned. The third didn't come, so we wrote to you and you promised it would come over the weekend. Then you promised it would come on Monday, then you promised it would come on Friday. On Saturday, a package arrived, but it was the wrong size. You wrote me a note apologizing for the delay. We really needed this particular item to arrive and to arrive on time. You let us down on both. I hope that you will cancel our payment for the wrong sized sign that you sent in error. Remember, two arrived on time. The other arrived over a week late and was the wrong size.
