Thank you for your review. We're very sorry to hear that your directional posters were printed incorrectly, with the design facing one direction on one side and upside down on the other. That's not the experience we would want for you, especially with the time-sensitive nature of your need for the product. For future poster orders with directional arrows, we would recommend having one of the two images flipped so that they are pointing in the opposite direction to each other in the design area, that way, when the product is printed, it will appear that the arrows on both sides are pointing in the same direction. We have completed our checks and have processed an edited replacement order at no additional cost to you.
