Yes. While you’re designing your custom envelopes in our online studio, you’ll see an option to create a PDF proof. You’ll be able to see how the envelope will look when it’s printed – and you can check for any errors before you complete your order.

Due to their dimensions, square cards and envelopes require $0.15 additional postage. The rest of our printed envelopes require only standard postage, unless extra inserts are added that increase the base weight.

The logo is typically placed in the top left corner of the envelope, above or opposite the return address. This is because it is the most visible location when the envelope is face up in a stack or tray. However, you can place your logo anywhere you like, depending on the design of your envelope and the specific look you are going for. We recommend following these tips to ensure your custom envelopes make a great first impression:

  • Use quality stationery. (Our thick 80 lb. paper stock will give your mail a polished look and feel.)
  • Make sure your standard envelope size is the right fit for the documents you're sending.
  • Use a seal or sticker to close your envelope. Try our customizable envelope seals for an additional touch of style.
