Disappointing for the price

For the price, this self-inking stamp is really disappointing. The construction feels poorly put together, and it is much larger than expected. I ordered a 1" x 2" stamp, but the overall stamp itself is approximately 2" x 4", while the actual imprint is surprisingly small. It’s bulky and not at all what I expected based on the size I ordered. For what I paid, I expected much better quality and a more appropriately sized product. Honestly, I probably would have been better off ordering one from Amazon for about half the price. Lesson learned!

The self-inkers transfer ink from an inner pad and pre-inked stamps have an ink cell and impression pad built in.

To re-ink the stamp, follow these instructions:

  1. To re-ink your Vistaprint stamp, begin by holding the stamp base with one hand, and pulling the handle off the to reveal two round inking tubes.
  2. Carefully place a few drops of ink into each inking port, and then with a gentle downward motion, reattach the handle to the stamp base.
  3. Let your Vistaprint stamp sit overnight, allowing the fresh ink to fully saturate the internal cartridge. Test the stamp and repeat steps if necessary.

The ink used in our stamp is water/glycol-based and is recommended to be used on paper for best results. It is not recommended on fabric, plastic or any outdoor surfaces.
