i made a change on line and over the phone . The change was made next morning after ordering , I was told it would be changed . That did not happen . also packing was damaged and some cards were dented. Glossy on finish not put on back,very hard to read .

The glossy finish can only be applied to the front of the business cards, so the back will have the matte finish.
