Letters already rubbing off

My logo on this sweatshirt looks like an iron-on transfer. Some of the letters on my logo are already starting to rub off, and I didn't even take the sweatshirt out of the plastic wrapper it came in. I can't imagine this holding up in a washing machine at all.
