We recommend following these steps for a smooth (and stress-free) setup:
1. Assemble pole: Attach the segments to the pole, then add the antenna to the top of the pole. The number of segments depends on your flag size:
7.5' – 2 segments
10' – 3 segments
13' – 4 segments
15.5' – 5 segments
2. Add flag: Feed the top of the antenna through the pocket that runs along the side of your printed flag (the pocket is snug, but the antenna slides right through).
3. Attach base: Set up and secure your base, then insert the assembled pole into the top of your base. In softer ground (like grass or soil), push your stake directly in. On harder surfaces, a mallet or hammer can help secure it.
4. Secure the flag: Hook the loop at the bottom of the flag onto the adjustable hook on the pole. Slide the knob up or down until the flag is taut. The pole spins freely on the base – this is by design and helps prevent damage in windy conditions. Tighten the knob to lock it in place.
As for cleaning, we recommend hand washing your feather flag with mild soap and cold water to remove dirt and dust if needed.
Yes. You can choose between single or double-sided printing options. Single-sided flags are more translucent, which lets the flag design (and sunlight) shine through, while our more opaque, double-sided flags offer richer color saturation.
Our custom feather flags fabric is made of 110 gsm post-consumer recycled polyester.
Feather flags are printed using dye sublimation on translucent polyester. The resulting banners are slightly sheer, which lets the design show through on both sides. If you choose double-sided printing for your flags, your flag will include 2 layers of material for an opaquer look.

Choosing the right size feather flags depends on where and how you plan to display them. Here are some general recommendations:
Small (7.5') – Best for indoor use, trade show booths or tight storefront spaces where a compact feather banner works best.
Medium (10') – A versatile option for sidewalks and small outdoor events where custom feather flags need to be visible without taking up too much space.
Large & Extra Large (13' & 15.5') – Ideal for busy outdoor events, festivals or parking areas where personalized feather flags need to stand out from a distance.

The premium material features a matte finish on one side and a semi-gloss finish on the other, and has a completely crease-free surface. With a weight of 120 g/m², its softness gives it a more premium feel and appearance compared to our standard flag material, which weighs in at a lighter 110 g/m².
All flag orders are packaged neatly and shipped in sturdy boxes. Your complete flag kit (with the flag fabric, pole, segments, ground stake and carrying bags) ships together. If you ordered an additional base, that will be shipped separately.
