The product itself looked great. I wasn't overly happy about not being able to rush the product but it is the beginning of summer activities.
However, the way my product was packaged is not acceptable. The last order I had, there was banding around cards to keep them from shifting in the package. But this time, my cards mixed up and we had to take the time to resort them by hand because they were not ready for presentation on a table.
