I needed presentation folders and used Vista's design service for a small fee. They sent me 3 different options very quickly. I liked them all but finally picked THE one. During checkout, they recommended some matching envelope seals and return address labels which I also ordered for a good price. They gave me a 2-week lead time, but the folders came 3 days later. The labels and seals arrived a few days after that - still a week early. The quality is fantastic. The price was very competitive.

Folders Don't Hold Up

We have been ordering from Vista Print for years. I don't know what happened but the quality is not the same. We paid quite a bit for folders for our school. They have not even lasted one month. The sides are separating, and we have to tape them all with packaging tape.

Frequently asked questions

You can add your own text and images to the inside pockets in our design studio – they’ll be visible to you at the bottom of the design template. Please note that the printing process occurs before the folders are assembled, so any design elements on the pocket area should be flipped 180°. This will ensure the inside pocket design appears right-side-up once folded.

To double-check that you’re on the right track, you can follow these steps:

  1. Add text or images to the bottom flap of the design template.

  2. Select the text or image, then use the rotate feature to flip the design 180°. It will look upside down in the studio.

  3. Preview your design. When you review the inside of your folders, the pocket designs should appear right-side-up.

Our presentation folders come in 3 sizes. 9" x 12" is the recommended size as it accommodates standard-sized documents, like A4 printer paper. That said, we understand that customers have different needs and preferences. Here’s a little more info on each size:

6" x 9"
Ideal for half-sized documents (a letter-size sheet folded in half), like organizers and memos.

9" x 12" Ideal for holding standard letter size 8 1/2" x 11" documents, brochures, sales sheets and more.

9.5" x 12" reinforced
Includes 2 vertical flaps on the inside for added durability. Ideal for repeated use and holding booklets or thick stacks of paper.

Foil accents can be added in any color you'd like. This upgrade is available on customizable templates – after choosing your preferred design, we'll print a metallic overlay over its areas. Please note that after applying foil, dark colors may print slightly darker, but there is not a significant difference. Foil accents are not currently available on uploaded designs.

Reinforced presentation folders have 2 vertical flaps on the inside that run down the edges. They’re intended for repeated use and holding heavier materials like booklets or thick stacks of paper. Reinforced folders are 9.5" x 12", and non-reinforced folders are 9" x 12".

The business card slot can be found on the inside right pocket.
