This is the first vistaprint product that I've received and been like, "what?" The magnets feel like they were punched out of magnet paper (not very thick) and when put on the fridge, don't hold up anything besides themselves (not very strong). For just over a buck a piece, I was expecting something of higher quality.

Regarding their strength, they are designed primarily for marketing and decorative purposes, and are durable and strong enough to hold light paper objects like photos or notes against a magnetic surface. We understand and acknowledge your feedback that you were expecting a thicker, more heavy-duty magnet capable of holding more weight. We apologize again that this product was not what you envisioned. With Design Services, a VistaPrint design expert will turn your logo or image into a custom magnet design. We’ll ask you to upload your image file, and then we’ll get to work. Yes, you can print photos on refrigerator magnets using the upload option. Just make sure your image file is at least 300 dots per inch and uses an accepted format:
