The right size for your industry
Our folders come in 3 sizes, so you can match the right fit to your documents and industry. The 9" x 12" size holds standard letter paper, brochures and sales sheets, comfortably fitting up to 10 sheets per pocket, and works well for real estate packets, tax documents and school handouts. If you’re handing out booklets or thicker stacks of paper, our reinforced 9.5" x 12" size adds vertical inside flaps for extra durability and holds up to 20 sheets per pocket. For smaller documents, our 6" x 9" size keeps things compact. And with all of our folder sizes, you can choose from matte or glossy paper stock, with a thicker premium option for a more polished feel, plus a foil accent upgrade for a vivid, shimmering finish.

You can add your own text and images to the inside pockets in our design studio – they’ll be visible to you at the bottom of the design template. Please note that the printing process occurs before the folders are assembled, so any design elements on the pocket area should be flipped 180°. This will ensure the inside pocket design appears right-side-up once folded.
To double-check that you’re on the right track, you can follow these steps:

Add text or images to the bottom flap of the design template.

Select the text or image, then use the rotate feature to flip the design 180°. It will look upside down in the studio.

Preview your design. When you review the inside of your folders, the pocket designs should appear right-side-up.

Our standard 9" x 12" folders comfortably hold up to 10 sheets of standard letter-size paper per pocket, for about 20 sheets total across both pockets. Our reinforced 9.5" x 12" folders, with their vertical inside flaps, hold up to 20 sheets per pocket, for about 40 sheets total, making them a good fit for booklets, catalogs or thicker handout packets.
You can get a pre-printed sample of our 6" x 9" premium glossy presentation folder with our free business sample kit. While you can’t order exact sizes or paper stocks with this option, it’s a great way to check the quality before a larger run.

Our presentation folders come in 3 sizes. 9" x 12" is the recommended size as it accommodates standard-sized documents, like A4 printer paper. That said, we understand that customers have different needs and preferences. Here’s a little more info on each size:
6" x 9"
Ideal for half-sized documents (a letter-size sheet folded in half), like organizers and memos.
9" x 12"
Ideal for holding standard letter size 8 1/2" x 11" documents, brochures, sales sheets and more.
9.5" x 12" reinforced
Includes 2 vertical flaps on the inside for added durability. Ideal for repeated use and holding booklets or thick stacks of paper.
Foil accents can be added in any color you'd like. This upgrade is available on customizable templates – after choosing your preferred design, we'll print a metallic overlay over its areas. Please note that after applying foil, dark colors may print slightly darker, but there is not a significant difference. Foil accents are not currently available on uploaded designs.
Reinforced presentation folders have 2 vertical flaps on the inside that run down the edges. They’re intended for repeated use and holding heavier materials like booklets or thick stacks of paper. Reinforced folders are 9.5" x 12", and non-reinforced folders are 9" x 12".
The business card slot can be found on the inside right pocket.
