Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that your Standard Postcards didn't turn out as you had hoped, and we certainly understand how disappointing that can be.
We want to help figure out what went wrong. In reviewing your submitted design, we noticed the logo includes a "glowing effect" on the text. Sometimes, special effects like glows that look great on a screen don't translate perfectly to print, which may be a factor.
To help set expectations around color, it’s important to note that designs created in RGB (as shown during the design stage) often appear brighter than the final printed result, which uses CMYK color formatting. This shift can sometimes affect how images appear on the actual product.
To get a full picture, could you please tell us a little more about what you were expecting? A quick photo of the postcards you received would also be incredibly helpful for our quality team to see the final result.
