This is my second order for these customizable paper coasters and I absolutely love them! I first ordered them with our wedding brand logo/theme and now again for a bachelorette with our weekend themed logo- what a perfect, special touch to any themed event! I receive so many compliments at our wedding, it’s such an affordable way to add that meaningful, detailed, “thought of it all”, type of touch. People were very impressed and it adds the cutest extra flare! Best price on the market, I compared MANY options!

Missing quality check but great customer service

I reordered a previous order that I was happy with only updating the color scheme a bit and when I received my order, the graphic was off-center and even off the edge of the product. I reached out to support immediately after receiving my order and was very happy w/ their willingness to replace and rush the order so I have it in time for my event.

The black background of my logo did not blend well with the black background of the coaster so it looks a little sloppy to me. I would have liked to have been asked about that before shipping.

From our review of the design, the black background of your logo is different from the black in our design template. Since this is likely to happen when using two different files, it is recommended to remove the background of your upload using our background remover in the edit studio. Also, requesting a "PDF proof" of your design before completing the order should show the difference; www.vistaprint.com/customer-care/help-center/360052259371/. This is available in the editing studio, and it will show you what the document will look like when printed. We are prepared to assist with a replacement order and have revised the document. The order number will remain the same as the original order, and you may track the status by going to your Order History under My Account. We trust this will be helpful.
