After reviewing the design file, we noted that the logo was placed in the center of the design area at a smaller scale. There was additional space available within the safety area that could have been used to enlarge the logo to better fit the 3.15" x 3.15" design space. Since our printing process is fully automated, the file is produced exactly as it is submitted, which is why the logo appeared smaller on the final product.
