I ordered the coffee cups with small concern that it wouldn't look right with my logo and they were a little more than I thought they should be. I was wrong! I was pleasantly surprised and how perfect they are. I am so proud of them that I am already out from giving them to my friends and family. Time to reorder!!

I just did the coffee mug , two sided logo. Price if a 5, turnaound time is a 5, clarity of the printing on the mug was a 5, quality of the mug is a 5. I have to go back to double check the artwork I provided, since the printed areas are smaller than expected and don't reflect the full coverage of the mug as the example phot shows. Not sure yet if it is my landscape design vs a square design. The next result is the printed sides are hard to see, read, and too much unprinted mug.

Regarding the printed areas appearing smaller than expected, this can sometimes happen when a landscape design is placed within a square placeholder area on the mug. In those cases, the design must be scaled to fit within the available print space, which can limit how large it appears and leave more unprinted mug than anticipated. An image of the mug received would also help us take a closer look at the print quality and placement to better understand the outcome. For a future order, revising the design so it better matches the square placeholder specifications should allow the artwork to fill more of the available print area and produce a larger result.
