Regarding the cover image, we’ve reviewed the design editor and can confirm that centering options are available during the design process. However, we recognize that the interface may not have made this clear, and we appreciate your feedback—it helps us improve the user experience for future customers.
As for the warping issue, we sincerely apologize for the packaging not providing adequate protection. Your feedback has been shared with our fulfillment and product teams to review shipping methods and ensure sturdier packaging for delicate items, such as photo books.
