I am writing to express my complete dissatisfaction with the product replacement that I received for my recent order. We had ordered custom cups as gifts for our guests at an important party, and unfortunately, the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. Firstly, the replacement cups were not the correct ones, which forced us to make a last-minute purchase from another company. This added unnecessary stress and expense to our event planning. Secondly, the majority of the replacement cups we received from Vistaprint were in poor condition. They had visible marks on the paint and scratches, making them completely unsuitable as gifts. Given these issues, I am requesting a full refund for this order. The poor quality and incorrect replacement ruined what should have been a memorable event for us and our guests. I hope Vistaprint takes this feedback seriously and improves its quality control processes to prevent such issues in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
