These cups arrived with a sticker of our logo that wasn't straight and was peeling off the cup.
To send a product to a customer in this shape is horrible.
Customer Service was a saving grace and refunded my money, but I am still in shock that a company would send a product out like this.

can not drink out of them unless you take the lid off , the area to drink from causes the liquid to go all around your mouth spilling onto you. , useless

Print came out great. Tumbler is not my favorite. Handle is nice drink opening is awkward and a straw would be better.
