Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the condition in which your EZ-Carry Insulated Tumbler with Handle – 20 oz. arrived. Receiving a product with a crooked and peeling logo is entirely unacceptable, and we completely understand your disappointment. That is certainly not the standard of quality we aim to deliver. While we are glad to hear our Customer Service team was able to step in quickly and process a full refund for you, we deeply regret the initial frustration this caused. We have shared your photo and feedback with our production and quality assurance teams to ensure this specific issue is addressed and prevented on future orders. Since you mentioned the logo being a sticker, in the future, we recommend removing the white background from your logo to eliminate this effect. This will give the logo a more seamless appearance on the tumbler. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope we might have the chance to provide you with a flawless experience down the road.
