Not good at all

United StatesThe pens are hard to get to write. They leak every time. Very poor. I would suggest ordering pens elsewhere. Just trash and a waste of money.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:

We understand your disappointment and apologize for any inconvenience caused. We will be sending you an email shortly with details about how we are able to help. We tried out a new pen style with this order and were happy with the quality of the pen once they arrived. Writing could be a tad smoother, but over all very nice.
