Sadly, your design did not utilize this print area proportionally, as there was a lot of space on the sides of your logo. This pen design is better suited for horizontal layouts. We are prepared to assist with a replacement order, and we have made adjustments to the design. The updated version is now in your Shopping Cart. In the future, we recommend that you use the safe margin line (dotted line) as a guide for where to place your image or text. All important details should be within the dotted lines; however, the further away the image or text is, the smaller it will look when printed. Also, please note that the design is blown up on the screen and is much smaller when printed.
