These pens feel well weighted and the type and logo look nice, but the first pen I tried to use stopped writing as if out of ink the same day I received the shipment, and the next one skips. I had hoped for smoother writing experience.

Upon reviewing your order, we found that the uploaded logo with text below would need to be resized to a larger format to ensure clarity. The design area of the pen is limited to 0.3 inches in height and 2 inches in width, which can make small fonts and logo details appear reduced once printed. Unlike the phone number, which utilized the full design area, the logo and text combination was constrained. While the product preview provides a visual representation, it does not always reflect how fine details translate to the actual printed surface.
For future designs, we recommend simplifying artwork and considering separating the logo and text into two uploaded images. This allows you to maximize the available design area and improve legibility.
