I had called immediately after placing my order to catch a typo. The lady said she had fixed the typo. Unfortunately the banner that shipped first still had the typo. I called and customer support immediately tried to resolve the issue by sending out a new banner. I have not received it yet to see if the typo was fixed but the customer service alone will keep me coming back to Vistaprint.
