We received our banner in perfect condition! It looks great in it's new spot on the wall!

I ordered a 6ft banner. Once I submitted my order I realized that I had made a mistake on my design and needed to change it. I reached out via chat on the website and was immediately met with kindness and understanding. I was able to resubmit my design to them and they updated my order before printing began. I did pay for expedited shipping for it to arrive for a Saturday party by Friday. The Wednesday prior to delivery I noticed it was still in the creation process and I started to worry. I reached out again via chat and again with complete kindness and understanding they said it did seem to be stuck in process. She resubmitted and assured me it would be here by Friday. She was correct! I received it with plenty of time and the quality of the banner and how beautiful it turned out exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend this company not only for quality products but for quality service!
