We are sorry to hear about your disappointment with the stamp and that your logo is so tiny it's unreadable, especially when the preview on the site looked amazing. We wanted to look into this for you. We found that the selected stamp size is the smallest we offer, at only 1.42" x 0.47", and the uploaded design included intricate details. When these two factors combine, the logo can indeed lose its clarity and become illegible when stamped. To help, we have made adjustments to the design for better clarity and have processed a replacement for you at no cost. It will be under your same order number for convenience. An email with tracking details will be sent once the new stamp has shipped out. In the meantime, please feel free to dispose of or recycle the item you received. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to correct this.
