We’re sorry to hear that the printed colors didn’t match your online preview and that the text appeared blurry. We understand how important it is for even the smallest details to reflect your vision, especially when preparing for a meaningful event.
Upon reviewing your submitted design, we noticed that the backside artwork (1.42" x 2.13") featured a white background, while the spine (0.55" x 2.13") has a yellow background with white font. To improve clarity and impact in future orders, we recommend:
- Maximizing the full design area to ensure better visual balance
- Using a darker font color on the spine section to enhance readability
- Reviewing the product preview at actual size to better anticipate print results
We also understand your original preference for matchboxes, and we’re happy to share that the Matchbox product type is now available (https://www.vistaprint.com/stationery/stationery/party-supplies/custom-matches), while Matchbooks are currently out of stock. This may be a more suitable option for your next event.
