I will accept my share of the responsibility for the cards not being what I thought they would be. I used the suggested size type print in the sample; unfortunately, it was far too small. I did not think (foolishly or ignorantly) that I needed to increase the type size and thought it was set to best fit the card. Lesson learned: I will order samples in the future prior to placing an order. The cards are very nice quality. Shipping is, imo, a little on the expensive side.

However, we regret to hear that the text size was smaller than expected. We recommend size 9 and over for most font sizes; however, for script styles, the recommended size is 12 and above. In the future, we suggest that you request a "PDF proof" of your design before completing the order; www.vistaprint.com/customer-care/help-center/360052259371/. This is available in the editing studio, and when viewed at 100%, it will show you what the document will look like when printed. We have increased the size and have processed a free replacement order. The order number will remain the same as the original order, and you can track the status of the replacement by going to your Order History under My Account. We hope this helps.

These are a nice earth friendly business card option. Yo don’t get the bright popping colors you would with glossy papers but they look pretty good and show that you care. They also just have a nice, simple look in my opinion and I prefer that vibe.

The printing process for our kraft paper cards makes it possible to use all colors except for white. If you need help making small changes to your design because of this, our team is here to help.
