Misprint on first order

I wasn't sure how the designing of cards work, so I had a designer help me. He assured me the color of the font on the back was same as image on front. . . and it's not. Front is green, back is blue. And I thought both sides were glossy, but they weren't. And I should have checked, but the picture I used as an example was a white card, but looked blue in the picture. I should have checked the card color, but again I was unfamiliar with the design process. I now have light blue cards next to my colleagues white cards. I wish I could swap them out. . . I ordered 500 of a card I don't want

In reviewing the account, we're seeing that the cards were in fact a shade of blue on the front and back. Also, glossy finish is only done on the front of the cards. I am using these square cards as earring cards on a turnstile display. They work great! My hubby drilled holes in them to fit on the display. Would love you to carry actual earring cards pre drilled.
