Please understand that I am 78-years old and I detest ever hearing someone complain! But, since you sent me an inquiry I feel that I need to share my disappointment with the pictures. I paid an extra $40 for quick delivery for our NASCAR reunion this past weekend and you delivered! The issue is the edges of the postcard (both sides). I believe on 3-sides of the front picture there was a white edging, making the picture look like a normal picture. On the back side of the postcard card there was a white edge on the two ends but nothing on the top or the bottom. Being an old NASCAR champ I was looking forward signing autographs and seeing lots of old friends and fans! A couple of my old competitors had to make smart remarks about my “discount cards”! That didn’t set well with me, but I was not going to complain until I received your email asking for feedback. I think that I ordered 500 cards, but I could be wrong n the number. Is there anyway that I could get a couple of hundred cards with normal edging for another racers reunion coming up next month? I have been a satisfied customer of yours for many years and I will not be the person to give you bad publicity. If you can’t or won’t, I will understand. Just please make sure that other people’s orders have the proper edging for many satisfied customers! Sincerely, Larry Caudill

Previews and PDF Proofs are easily accessible on our website to help ensure the final design aligns with their expectations. Nevertheless, we understand your concerns and appreciate you providing photo proof, which helps us better assess the issue.
To help make things right, we would be happy to adjust your postcard design by removing the unwanted white borders and offer a replacement of 200 postcards as a courtesy for your upcoming reunion.
