I ordered logo coffee mugs like I have in the past. They came in blurry. After chatting with customer service i was told they were reprintinting and shipping a new batch. I never received confirmation of shipping. I reached out again. Customer service tried to say it was the quality of the image until I told them that previous orders came out beautiful and this was sent in same resolution and format. He agreed and said it was a printing error. They sent a replacement order and the second set looked just like the first. I stated if they weren't going to print like the past orders I would resend the artwork again. Yet here we are 2 orders in an I have 40 blurry printed coffee mugs. By the way, as I told them, these logo mugs are for my photography company so blurry logo is not the best give away for my businesses.

Our custom coffee mugs have a white exterior with 8 color options for the handle and interior. Before creating your custom mug, choose from white, yellow, blue, black, green, red, pink or orange.

You can choose between 2-sided or wraparound printing when designing your custom mug. With 2-sided mugs, you can add two separate images, special messages or a combination of the two. Wraparound mugs feature one image, design or text that’s printed around the whole mug. If you're designing custom mugs for your business, keep this in mind and take extra care to place your logo or business name in a spot you’d like.
