I ordered the X-Banner, & did not see that I had to click the box for the actual X-bar to be included. I was told that they do not offer to sell it to me separately! Now I have a huge banner that I can not use! I spend a lot on money with this company! How difficult is it to JUST send me the X-Bar to be able to use my Banner!
