Poor quality

The image just smears, can't get a solid imprint

We are so very sorry to hear about the poor quality of your stamp and that the image just smears, preventing a solid imprint. That is completely unacceptable, and we sincerely apologize for this frustrating experience. To provide some clarity, our stamps are designed to work best on absorbent surfaces like standard paper or cardboard. The ink is made to be absorbed into the material. When used on glossy or non-absorbent surfaces, the ink can have trouble drying and may smear as a result. However, we absolutely want to look into this to make sure the stamp itself isn't defective. To help us investigate, could you please share a few photos of the stamped samples showing the smearing? We look forward to resolving this for you. My circle stamp came with an offsetting orientation. I flipped the paper image and would say it's off by about 30°.
