Find your fold and share your story with custom brochure printing.

Want to share what your business is all about? Brochures are a simple, versatile way to do just that. From investor pitches and real estate listings to product catalogs and event programs, a well-designed brochure helps you connect with people in a meaningful way, whether you're handing it out in person or including it in a direct mail campaign. At VistaPrint, we’ve got you covered with a variety of styles – bi-fold, tri-fold and z-fold – plus your choice of matte, glossy, uncoated or recycled paper. And with multiple sizes available, it’s easy to find the right fit for your message. Stumped on which style to choose? Try our small business sample kit to see our custom brochure and a variety of other print advertising essentials up close.

Once you find a template that fits your industry, from real estate to health and wellness, designing your brochure is simple. Our library includes thousands of ready-made templates, so you can drag and drop your logo, swap in stock imagery and edit text until it feels like your own. And if you upload your own design, our digital proofing tools help you check that your text and images fall within safe margins and bleed lines, so nothing gets lost in the fold.

Choosing the right paper stock makes a difference too. Matte paper is great if you want brochures people can write on, while glossy paper helps photo-heavy designs pop. If sustainability matters to your brand, our recycled stock is a great option, and uncoated paper offers a more natural, tactile finish. Once you complete your design, you can choose from various shipping options, like standard, economy, express or even rush 2-day delivery on select brochures. Whatever shipping option you choose, your brochures will arrive sharp, professional and pre-folded, ready to hand out or mail as soon as they reach your door.

Frequently asked questions

No. We’ll fold your brochures for you before we send them out – they’ll arrive pre-folded and ready for use.

Our glossy and matte papers are coated on both sides. If you plan to write on your brochures, we recommend our uncoated paper stock for the best effect.

If you’re uploading your own design, use our downloadable template (under ‘Specs & Template’) to ensure panel widths, bleed and margins are all aligned.

Here are a few design tips to keep in mind:

  • To keep your text and images from landing in the fold, keep your content within the safe zone, about 0.125 inches from the edge of each panel and away from the fold lines.
  • Extend your background to the bleed line, 0.125 inches from the cut line.
  • If you aren’t using our downloadable template, slightly narrow your inner panels so they fold cleanly behind the outer ones.

We accept .jpg, .jpeg, .jfif, .bmp, .png, .gif, .heic, .pdf, .psd, .ai, .eps, .ait, .ppt, .pptx, .tif, .tiff files. For the sharpest results, export your file at full size and high resolution, and be sure to keep any text or important details out of the bleed area so nothing gets cut off or blurry.

Colors may look slightly different in print than they do on your screen. That's because screens display color in RGB, while we print using CMYK. We do our best to get your colors as close as possible, but for best results, we recommend designing with CMYK color profiles in mind.

Yes. Bi-fold and tri-fold brochures both work well for direct mail, and depending on your design, some can be mailed without an envelope. Check with your local postal service office for exact requirements for direct mail brochures.

Depending on the size and fold of your folded pamphlets, you may be able to choose from the following paper stocks and weights:

Glossy: Standard (5pt), premium (9pt)
Matte: Standard (5pt), premium (9.5pt)
Uncoated: Standard (5.5pt), premium (11pt)
Recycled: Standard (6pt)

Standard paper stocks are lighter and more budget-friendly, great for high-volume handouts like event programs or menus. Premium stocks are thicker and have a more substantial feel, perfect for presentations, pitches or real estate listings where you want to make a stronger first impression.
