They fixed the codes while I was on the phone with them, sent me a draft to verify the code worked, and got the replacement shipped out promptly at no cost. They followed up via email to verify everything arrived and worked well. The level of human interaction and attentiveness they offered has ensured a return customer. Keep up the great work.
